SKIP-with-reason (re-verified 2026-09-21 corpus sweep; fresh grep same result — false positives were the ACTO substring in an archive_digest hash and an unrelated film essay): a fresh grep of content/works and content/articles for 美台公民協會 / American Citizens of Taiwan Origin / ACTO returned only the three work pages already absorbed above (directory record, 年刊, Realco scholarship record), plus false positives (the substring “acto” inside “actor” in a film essay, an archive digest hash, and the works index re-listing the same records). No new memoir/article facts to absorb; no conflicts found, so none held. Re-verified again 2026-09-22: fresh grep hit set unchanged — all three records already linked above. Re-verified 2026-09-26 (slice 09251000-30): hit set unchanged; new false positives also ‘acto’ inside ‘actor’/‘factor’ in the EEAAO film essay and a Russian clinical-trials 臨床試驗機構協會 (ACTO) mention in a taiwanjustice article — not this org. SKIP-content. Re-verified 2026-09-27 (slice 09260600-14): fresh grep hit set unchanged — the three linked records (directory record, 年刊, #40 Realco scholarship record) plus ‘acto’ substring false positives (film essay, taiwanjustice tags).
