Role in the Community
Fresh corpus grep (2026-09-20, Columbia.*Taiwanese / CUTSA / 哥倫比亞大學臺灣同學會) returned no memoir or article material about this club. The apparent hits are disambiguations, not mentions of CUTSA:
- Baltimore-Columbia (MD) chapter of the TAA — “Columbia” here is Columbia, Maryland
- Evangelical Formosan Church of Baltimore-Columbia — same Columbia, Maryland
- NCUTSA record — a different (NC) Taiwanese student association
Nothing absorbable beyond the TAH directory record; page kept at directory-level depth.
Fresh re-grep 2026-09-23 (slice 09221500-29): still no direct CUTSA mention. Two contextual neighbor-notes worth recording (background, not CUTSA-specific claims): the East Coast movement memoir 300 (EN) describes pre-movement Taiwanese student gatherings at I House / Riverside Church near Columbia, i.e. the same campus milieu CUTSA later emerged in, and TAF’s TACL Leadership Conference has been hosted at Columbia (Jonathan Chen interview). Neither names CUTSA; SKIP-with-reason stands.
