Role in the Community

  • The society’s German chapter (國際傑人會德國總會) founded the Heidelberg Taiwan Mandarin Learning Center (海德堡台灣華語文學習中心), inaugurated 2022-02-26 with drum-and-gong ceremony; it was the second such center in Germany after Hamburg (2021-09), serving central and southern Germany. Center director 楊梅芳 credited 僑務委員會 and the 駐德國代表處 for support. See 德國第2所海德堡台灣華語文學習中心揭牌 (Taiwan Justice Net, 2022-02) — the only corpus record of the society’s activities beyond its Taiwan Center group-member listing.

  • Re-verified 2026-09-22 (deepen-x slice 09211507-27), 2026-09-25 (slices 09231100-25, 09250500-12): re-grepped ZH+EN (國際傑人會 / “Distinguished Citizens Society”) against content/works + content/articles; sole hit remains the 2022 Heidelberg article already absorbed above — verified-saturated, no new corpus material absorbable.

  • Re-verified 2026-09-29 (deepen-x slice 09261200-17): fresh grep -rlE '國際傑人會|Distinguished Citizens Society' — single hit unchanged, the 2022-02-26 Heidelberg Taiwan Mandarin Learning Center article (Taiwan Justice Net), already wikilinked in this section. Re-read of that article confirms it reports the German chapter (國際傑人會德國總會) founding the center — activity of the chapter, not evidence about the World Headquarters itself, so no further expansion is honest from this source. No second corpus record of the society exists in works/articles; the Taiwan Center group-member listing remains the only other attestation. Verified-saturated.
