Role in the Community

  • Co-hosted the Friendship Concert 連誼音樂會 with NATMA in Glenside (Philadelphia), PA on 2008-05-03 — bibliographic record held in the corpus: [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/concerts127|TAH Concerts #127]]. Shows GADP active in the mid-2000s Pennsylvania Taiwanese community, aligned with the democracy-and-peace coalition circles that also back Taiwan Center.
  • A Los Angeles branch exists as a separate page: GADP-LA 全僑民主和平聯盟洛杉磯支盟 (Taiwan Center group member). Re-verified 2026-09-21 (deepen-x slice 24): grep for 全僑民主和平聯盟 / Global Alliance for Democracy returns zero corpus hits; the only match remains the concerts127 bibliographic record. (A 雪梨全僑CPTPP article in the corpus is a Sydney overseas-Chinese campaign, unrelated to GADP — not absorbed.) SKIP-with-reason: no new absorbable material.
  • 2026-09-22 corpus re-check (deepen-x slice 28): fresh grep for 全僑民主和平聯盟 / Global Alliance for Democracy across content/works + content/articles again returns zero hits — even the concerts127 bibliographic record no longer names GADP in its text. Nothing absorbable.
  • 2026-09-22 corpus re-check (deepen-x slice 13): fresh grep again returns zero hits. SKIP-with-reason: no corpus material beyond the Taiwan Center group-members listing.
