Corpus records (TAH.org) document the foundation’s named activities and its commemorative purpose:

  • The foundation is a memorial foundation for Wen-Jei Yang (楊文傑), who has two TAH.org Who’s Who entries ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whos-who-2163-wen-jei-yang|Who’s Who #2163: Wen-Jei Yang 楊文傑]] and [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whos-who-2296-wen-jei-yang|Who’s Who #2296: Wen-Jei Yang 楊文傑]], era 2020) — duplicate directory records for the same person, no conflict.
  • It awards the Yang Foundation Scholarship (楊文傑紀念基金會獎學金) — an educational program consistent with the directory description (Yang Foundation Scholarship, era 2018).

The scholarship and tournament records corroborate the directory’s stated dual educational/recreational mission; no conflicts found.
