Role in the Community

  • Corpus re-scan 2026-09-25 (ZH+EN): no third-party mentions beyond the 2014 美東台灣人夏令會 closing-statement record below.
  • 2014 — Served as 大會理事長 (chairman of the organizing board) of the 美東台灣人夏令會 (US-East Taiwanese American Summer Conference), held 7月6日於賓州 East Stroudsburg. The conference’s closing-plenary 大會聲明 was drafted by 盧主義 and completed with 陳初雄’s approval as board chairman; the memoir’s author records personally reading the statement aloud in Taiwanese at the closing ceremony (夏令會閉幕聲明 record). The same memoir situates the conference’s fundraising around pro-Taiwan activists returning from the US to Taiwan, 太陽花運動 youth groups, and US-East Taiwanese American civic organizations.
