  • A 2025 harvested press article (金融時報, via 台灣justice網) quotes a 吳錦城 as 台杉投資科技基金合夥人 commenting on low-earth-orbit satellite supply resilience: 台灣應對中國威脅：台版SpaceX (2025-04-17). HOLD: conflict — the article’s investor role (台杉投資) vs the profile’s Silicon Valley founder track (AR-RIS, Arrow Point, Acopia, Acetti) is not established as the same person; attribution kept as the corpus recorded it, not merged. Corpus re-check 2026-09-21, 2026-09-22 (slice 09210700-32) and 2026-09-22 (slice 09220500-31): 吳錦城 / Cheng Wu appears in works/ and articles/ only via these three records (TAH #1423 bibliographic, the TCC ten-anniversary roster, and the 2025 台杉 quote already held on HOLD) — SKIP, nothing new absorbable.
  • Corpus re-check 2026-09-23 (slice 09221400-26): grep -E over works/ and articles/ returns the same three records (TAH #1423, ourjourneys233 roster, 2025 台杉 quote under HOLD) — nothing new absorbable.
