- SKIP-with-reason: corpus grep (works/ + articles/) again returns only his own TAH entry pages (#408/#1706/#1708, already linked and absorbed above) plus index rows. No memoir/community material mentions him. Nothing absorbable; biography unchanged, last_reviewed current.

- Vault-wide grep (works/ + articles/): the only matches are his own three TAH entry pages (#408/#1706/#1708), already recorded above. Two near-miss hits were ruled out on inspection: [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whos-who-1911-f-frank-chen|TAH #1911 Prof. F. Frank Chen 陳鳳山]] is a different person, and the “Frank Chen” mention in the Chien-Ming Wang story is not this subject. No community/memoir material adds facts. Nothing new absorbable this pass; biography unchanged.

- Fifth grep pass (陳治煌/Frank C.H. Chen, all five corpus dirs): same result — only his own TAH entries plus index rows. Two named near-misses re-ruled out on inspection: [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whos-who-1911-f-frank-chen|TAH #1911 Prof. F. Frank Chen 陳鳳山]] is a different person, and the “Frank Chen” in the Chien-Ming Wang story is Taiwanese-Canadian director 陳惟揚, not this subject.
- ONE absorbable community fact found this pass via Haitien-chorus grep (not the person name): TAH entry for Butterfly Chong (洪郁雯) records she conducted the Haitien chorus for two years after 2000 — cross-corroborates Haitien Chorus as an active DC-area ensemble with multiple conductors during Mr. Chen’s nine-term tenure. Added to Timeline with wikilink; no biography/date changes.
