- Served 18 years as a pastor in Brazil, where he built 9 churches; retired in Brazil and came to Austin in 1993.
- Organized the Austin Taiwanese church community from fewer than 20 family-church members: the congregation began in 1984 as home Bible studies among six Christian Taiwanese American families (王國雄/李音音, 林發祥/許錦屏, 潘以淳/黃美選, 楊明源/何秀琴, 李弘道/張媺, 蘇世明/陳瑞霞), met at Hope Vacation Church (11512 Olsson Dr.) after 1986, and under Pastor Yeh bought 3 acres at 5300 Duval Road and completed a main sanctuary and fellowship hall on May 5, 2001.
- The resulting church is the only one in the Austin area that identifies itself as a Taiwanese church and preaches in both native Taiwanese (台語) and English.
