Role in the Community

  • 2000: delivered the lecture 『漫談台灣國防』 at Grace Taiwanese Presbyterian Church (聖恩長老教會), Lawrenceville, NJ; the church-plant memoir Our Journeys 43 records the talk drawing a large 同鄉 audience and lists him among those supporting the church plant’s community program.

  • Same memoir: his 2000 國防講座 was part of the church’s 同鄉 lecture series (e.g. 1999 王成章牧師『活在這世紀末』, 90 同鄉出席; 鍾心堯『攝影的樂趣』 the same year), and the同工 circle he belonged to also sponsored 公民協會’s folk festival in West Windsor — generous participation in 同鄉 activities is explicitly credited by the memoir’s author (a 聖恩 elder).

  • Corpus preserves his award record 2006, corroborating the 2006 “Author of the Year”.

  • Name note: the award work page romanizes his name “KingChi Wu”; TAH Who’s Who uses “Keng Chi Wu” (same person, spelling variant — not a date/age conflict).
