Role in the Community
No memoir/corpus mentions beyond his own TAH Who’s Who record (07); nothing further absorbable — community roles remain as recorded in Employment above (太平洋時報 發行經理, 中華之聲電台 主持人). Deepen-x 10052045-27 (2026-10-07) re-scan: 培德 substring hits were 鄧培德/Peter Deng (separate person) or unrelated prose.
- Re-verified 2026-10-09 (deepen-x slice 10070714-29): fresh five-dir grep (陳培德/培德/P. D. Chen) — 陳培德 appears in zero corpus docs; remaining 培德 hits are 鄧培德/Peter Deng ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whoswho1231|TAH #1231]], separate person, listed as TAHS board chair in our-journeys roster), 朱培德 (Northern-Era general, unrelated 2021 article), and 培德醫院 (Taichien prison hospital, unrelated 2025 article). Verified-saturated, nothing absorbable.
