- With 中研院院士 李鎮源 and 台大教授 林山田, founded the「100行動聯盟運動」; on 1991-10-10 launched the「反閱兵、廢惡法」action confronting the 郝柏村 executive and demanding repeal of 刑法第100條, amended 1992-05-16, ending「言論叛亂罪」 (Our Journeys 230 — 刑法100條運動).
