Corpus presence is bibliography-only (07); no memoir narrative absorbable beyond the TAH profile (無敵字典 president, 苗栗).
Re-verified 2026-10-02 (slice 09261400-5): fresh ZH+EN grep (黃瑞宗 / Roger Huang) of works/ + articles/ — hits remain only own record whoswho1150 + the works index; no memoir material. SKIP stands.
Re-verified 2026-10-07 (slice 10051948-22, all five corpus dirs): only own record + indexes. Note: 張瑞宗 appearing as 中油發言人 in a taiwanjustice article is a different person — not absorbed. 無敵字典 appears nowhere in corpus. SKIP stands.
Re-verified 2026-10-08 (deepen-x slice 10070600-25): five-dir sweep again returns only own record [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/whoswho1150|#1150]], works/index, and the source page; the sole non-self hit remains the 張瑞宗/中油 taiwanjustice article (different person). SKIP: corpus-saturated.
