Role in the Community

• Actor/filmmaker active in the Taiwanese American arts community. Confirmed speaker at the 2015 NATWA II convention panel Showcasing Ten Years of North American Taiwanese Women Artists, alongside Jennifer Chow, Marilyn Fu, Tsuann Kuo, and Karen Lin (natwa2015).
• Made the film Almost Home: Taiwan; the community ran a support appeal for it in 2012 (support-victoria-linchongs-almost-home-taiwan, 2012-12-08).
• The film was featured in a 228 Commemoration art-and-film event (commemorate-228-with-art-and-film-victoria-linchongs-almost-home, 2014-03-23; duplicate record commemorate-228-with-art-and-film-victoria-linchongs-almost-home-2).
• Her TAH encyclopedia entry is 1466. Victoria Linchong 林鍾維春 (2017-01-18).
• The documentary Almost Home: Taiwan circulated through community screenings from about 2010 onward: advance screening (2011), sneak preview, Cambridge MA (2012), and work-in-progress screening (2010) plus Boston documentary preview (2013; duplicate record preview-2) — her film was already circulating in the community’s New England circuit well before the December 2012 support appeal below.
• Re-verified 2026-09-22 (also 2026-09-21): a fresh corpus grep (works/, articles/) returns only the records already cited above — no additional memoir or movement material to absorb.
• Re-verified 2026-09-25 (deepen-x slice 09231200-5): fresh ZH+EN grep again returns only the four works already cited (NATWA 2015 panel, support appeal, 228 film event ×2) — skip stands.
