Documented in the TAH Foundation Who’s Who encyclopedia record 07 (published 2016-07-10, value band B). The vault copy is a bibliographic record only; the biographical full text stays at the TAH source, so no memoir-corpus details are absorbable here. Corpus re-check 2026-09-25 (slice 09232337-2) and 2026-09-26 (slice 09251054-1): ZH+EN grep hits only this record and the works index. Re-sweep 2026-10-01 (slice 09261405-22) and 2026-10-09 (slice 10070714-5): unchanged — grep hits only whoswho1132 + works/index (a 燕山大學 hit in a taiwanjustice article is Yan Shan University, unrelated); note 王耀廷 #1133 warns 王燕山 is a different person (adjacent entry, do not confuse) — no merge, no conflict to hold.
