The Formosa Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2015 Formosa Foundation Ambassador Program. For over a decade, this premier Taiwanese American program has provided opportunities for hundreds of college students from Taiwan and the US to experience the effectiveness of political advocacy within the halls of Washington D.C.
The Ambassador Program combines in-house training with on-the-ground activist work. Participants in the Program develop the expertise, analytical framework, and network they need to effectively promote Taiwan. Up-and-coming activists can learn about the issues affecting Taiwan first-hand.
Deadline for applications is March 31, 2015.
This year’s program will be in Washington D.C. from June 15 – June 26. Please spread the word to college students and relatives of college students that might be interested in the Ambassador Program.
