Both cited encyclopedia records (#154, Who’s Who #1335) exist in the vault and are now wikilinked above. No new external facts absorbed — page’s own TAH tables (Taipei Medical Univ. M.D.; Temple/Hahnemann/Bucks County urology posts; FAPA PA, HAPA-NA 2009–2012, Greater Philadelphia Hakka association presidencies; family: Lynn Chen, daughter Melanie 李玫蘭) already reflect source content.

FAPA chapter presidency now wikilinked to the vault’s existing FAPA page (FAPA; no PA-chapter page exists, nearest existing FAPA page linked). All prior links (#154, #1335, HAPA-NA) re-verified present.

New link: the Greater Philadelphia Hakka association he presided over has its own TAH-corpus record now in the vault (taiwanese-hakka-assoc-of-greater-philadelphia), linked from the Timeline and Related Pages. A contextual link to the Hakka umbrella |Taiwanese Hakka Association of the World was added (affiliation not asserted). No new external biography.

Fresh 5-dir grep (李常吉 / Chanchi Lee / 常吉) surfaced four corpus records not previously linked:

• Author, 2016 — his essay 台灣人集會的語言問題 ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/ourjourneys202|Our Journeys #202]], 03/2016, band A). In it he recounts entering Taipei Medical University medical school after missing National Taiwan University because of his 國文 score, and argues from his Hakka position for a broad definition of “台灣人” including later (mainland-origin) settlers — primary-source material on his public voice within the movement.
• Author, 2018 — 我的女兒選擇教育生涯 ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/mystories668|My Stories #668]], 12/2018), a personal essay.
• Post-presidency advisory role, 2016 — the HAPA-NA (北美客協) 2016 council roster lists him as 顧問 (advisor) alongside presidents-in-office ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/ourjourneys290|Our Journeys #290]]). This extends his HAPA-NA service past the 2009–2012 presidency already on record.
• HAPA-NA presidency context — Wei Wuxiong’s institutional history of HAPA-NA ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/ourjourneys252|Our Journeys #252]], 09/2016) confirms the 2009–2012 presidency on the unbroken presidential list (陳秋鴻 1991 → … → 李常吉 2009–2012 → 徐明忠 2013–2016), corroborating the page’s existing dates. No conflict to hold.

HAPA-NA presidency 2009–2012: corroborated by two independent corpus records; no date/age conflicts found.

Re-grep across all 5 corpus dirs (李常吉 / Chanchi Lee / 常吉) returned the same hit set, all already linked above; the English mirrors ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/ourjourneys252-eng|Our Journeys 252-eng]] and [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/ourjourneys290-eng|#290-eng]]) carry the same presidential list and add nothing beyond the ZH originals. One hit is a surname collision, not this person: [[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/48-charles-lu-e7-9b-a7-e5-b8-b8-e5-90-89|TAH #48: Charles Lu 盧常吉]] matches 常吉 but is a different individual — not linked, not absorbed. Page remains saturated; no new community facts to add.

Fresh 5-dir grep (李常吉 / Chanchi Lee / 常吉) returned the identical hit set — all 5 corpus works (#154, Who’s Who #1335, Our Journeys 290 + eng mirrors, My Stories #668) already linked and absorbed above. One detail noted from #290: the 2016 council roster pairs the 顧問 designation with his contact details — deliberately not absorbed to the page (PII). #252’s presidential list (陳秋鴻 1991 → 李常吉 2009–2012 → 徐明忠 2013–2016) re-confirms the existing dates verbatim; no conflict. Page remains saturated.
