Jason Chang, President of North America Pastel Artists Association, board member of Allied Artists of America and Audubon Artists Society. An elected Master Pastelist & Friend of Pastel Honoree of PSA. He had taught in National Taiwan Arts University, College of New Rochelle, St. John’s University, School of Pastel/National Arts Club and etc. He has been appointed to do live demonstrations and conduct lectures in universities, museums, and art organizations in Taiwan, China, Europe and the US. He had exhibited his artwork worldwide, and he’s been introduced in various magazine articles in America, Asia and Europe. And he’s also listed in “Who’s Who in America Arts”. He assisted in organizing and sponsoring “International Pastelists Invitational Exhibition” for National Taiwan Arts Education Center (NTAEC), and acted as the lecturer of “Pastel Art Teachers Workshop” in NTAEC once to twice a year. He also has an agent/art dealer “99 Degree Art Center” in Taipei, Taiwan & “Hwang’s Art Gallery” in New York.

  • 1997年起創辦並擔任 北美粉畫協會（NAPAA） 創會長。
  • 2005年當選 Pastel Society of America（PSA）Master Pastelist，為該協會首位華人 Master Pastelist（見 TAH #118 紀錄）；亦為 Friend of Pastel 榮譽得主。
