吳仲輝 joined the 西區生活座談會 (Los Angeles West-side life-seminar circle, founded 1978-01 at 阮厝) as a later member — the founding ten were 陳惠亭、陳居、李木通、郭勝也、林正德、顔樹洋、余哲明、楊省道、黃森元, and 劉天良 himself — per 劉天良’s organizational history of the LA 生活座談會 network（ 2016-03）. The circle’s members went on to serve in the 商會, 旅館公會, FAPA, 公民協會, and 醫師公會. The same passage names his joining cohort — 黃森榮、潘子白、許清煌、胡維剛、張英明、吳仲輝、王瑾瑾、賴雅美、陳正吉、黃武雄、黃茂清、廖聰明、黃榮貳、馬莉莉、張國添、郭俊明 — i.e. 吳仲輝 entered the circle after the 1978-01 founding and before the circle’s 17-year mark (2016 memo).
