Role in the Community

  • Co-signed the 2021-05-01 Taiwanese American community statement to the Pew Research Center over the merging of Taiwanese data into “Chinese” (“We made it count. Now tell our stories.”), listed as Rosalyne Shieh among the signatories alongside TACL / Write in Taiwanese Census Campaign leaders — a civic-advocacy record independent of her press-kit biography. See 2021 Pew Research statement.
  • Personal entry in the TAH Foundation Who’s Who encyclopedia, record #124 (2014-12-01): 124. Rosalyne Formosa Shieh 謝泊欣. Bibliographic record only — full text stays in the vault; no biography beyond the tah-tables above was absorbable.
  • Father is 謝清志博士 (Dr. Ching-Sze Hsieh), who has his own TAH record ([[works/taiwaneseamericanhistory-org/108-e8-ac-9d-e6-b8-85-e5-bf-97-e5-8d-9a-e5-a3-ab-dr-ching-sze-hsieh|TAH #108]]); family connection corroborated by the corpus.
  • Deepen pass 2026-09-22 (slice -31); re-verified 2026-09-23 (slice -9): fresh grep of content/works + content/articles again returned only TAH #124 and the 2021 Pew statement, both already absorbed — verified saturated, no new corpus material. Re-check 2026-09-24 (slice 09230900-18): same hit set (TAH #124, Pew statement, works index) — SKIP. Re-check 2026-09-25 (slice 09240900-13): hit set unchanged (TAH #124, Pew statement, works index) — verified saturated, SKIP.
