- Context for the club’s membership milieu: retired 台美人 moving to Laguna Woods Village gathered at the nearby ITPC 長青教室 (Evergreen Class, Geneva Church; weekly from 2009, ~200 classes, ~100 attendees per session, taught in Taiwan mother tongue) — the club’s 10th-anniversary record 2019) documents the circuit, as does a 2015-02 report on the class as a learning/social hub for Laguna Woods residents ITPC, 2015-02; the village itself is profiled in 180. 最多台美人居住的退休村 (李彥禎, 2015-10).

- During the 2020–21 pandemic the village’s club grounds hosted an impromptu weekly Saturday-morning gathering (9:30–11:30, masks, personal chairs, spaced in a circle behind the club parking lot) where residents, mostly 台美人 retirees in their 80s, held “超前佈署” end-of-life planning discussions and muscle-strengthening sessions led by visiting doctors — 李彥禎’s account at 125. Largest Retirement Village for Taiwanese Americans (那久那有村) (reprinted in Our Journeys 358).
- The village is also a venue for movement-wide events beyond the club: the 台美人筆會 (TA P.E.N.) presidency handover dinner from 賴慧娜 to 王淑芬 (2021-12-26) was held in the Laguna Woods Village golf-course restaurant — taiwanjustice.net report.
- Corpus re-grep 2026-10-11: no further club-specific material beyond the records linked above (remaining Laguna Woods hits are the 2022 church-shooting news cluster, the 泰然/NTSO concert coverage, and unrelated chorale/event pages).
