Rev. David Huang (黃德利牧師) is a Taiwanese American Presbyterian minister. TAH Who’s Who lists him as senior pastor of |GSTPC (1980–2002) and as a 1965 graduate of 台灣神學院. In 2024 he edited the |NTPC 50th-anniversary commemorative publication.

黃德利’s own account names the youth-counselor core that built the church: 廖芳誼、蔡維仁、黃授正、黃惠琦、謝敏慧、謝明敏、林尚嫻 — 黃授正、蔡維仁 later became pastors, as did 林雍迪.

In the GSTPC TPC 50 週年特別節目 (2020) he framed 50 years of North American Taiwanese Presbyterian work as beginning at |FPCLA (1970), not PCT’s 1865/1951 clock.
